In the afternoon, I sold an "Origami Elephant Greeting Gift Box Set". Wow, that's great! That's for Mother's Day, I was thinking people had already started to shop for their mothers. Then a while later, there was an inquiry about that set as well. Hmmm......not bad, finally people looked at my items.

It seems like people are interested in these Greeting Gift Box Set. So let me see how many new hearts I got today. Wow, 10 today! Never had that many in 1 day......must be dreaming......let me look again......yes, it's 10! I wondered what happened......I was not on a treasury......I didn't do anything special......Not really doing any promotion......Ok, let me check on "Featured" at craftcult.com. When I looked at the search result, oh, no wonder, I was on the FRONT PAGE this morning, but I MISSED it! Oh, no!

Lucky me! Got my 1st Etsy BnR treasury on the 1st day of 2009!

I was busy with posting listings on Art Fire, and trying to figure out how to use Blogger and Twitter, it was 5:30am when I decided to go to bed. Before turning off my computer, why not check on both Treasury and Treasury West? Then I would know the approximate time for the "magic number". No luck on Treasury......ok......How about Treasury West? I expected to see more than 300 lists. But, no, luck was on my side, 223! Alright, 2 more to go for the "magic number". Let's see the expiration......oh, no......still had 23 minutes. That meant I can't go to bed till 6am (probably at least 6:15am, coz had to finish the treasury list)! Just about 3 seconds, made up my mind, I will wait! What a great start it will be for 2009 if I can make a sale thru the BnR treasury, although it would be on Treasury West. Finally, here it is!

2009 New Year Resolution

I have opened a shop on Etsy.com since Aug 2007, got 45 sales until stopped posting anything from Feb 2008. I started posting again at the end of Sep 2008, only got 6 sales as of 12/31/2008. Really bad......

So, my resolution this year: reach 100 sales by June 2009. The economy is really bad at this moment, not sure if I can make it, but hopefully everything will go smoothly.

Also, I have just opened a studio on Artfire.com today. Here is the link:
